How AGR Studio redesigned ProcessFusion's website on Framer with Salesforce CRM integration and a secure customer membership portal in two phases.
ProcessFusion is a workflow automation platform serving mid-market companies. Their website had grown organically over several years, resulting in scattered content, inconsistent design, and no integration with their Salesforce CRM. They also needed a gated customer portal for existing users to access documentation and support.
We scoped the project in two phases: Phase 1 focused on a complete marketing site redesign with content migration, custom animations, and CRM integration. Phase 2 added a membership portal using FramerAuth, giving customers secure access to resources, documentation, and support tickets, all within the same Framer site.
Content Audit
The existing site had 40+ pages with significant content overlap. We audited every page, identified core content worth preserving, and proposed a streamlined architecture of 15 focused pages. Blog posts, case studies, and webinar recordings were migrated into CMS collections for better organization and discoverability.
CRM Workflow Design
Every form submission needed to route to Salesforce with proper lead scoring and pipeline assignment. We mapped out the entire lead flow, from initial form fill through Zapier middleware to Salesforce, ensuring marketing and sales teams had full visibility into website-generated leads.
Modern but Trustworthy
Workflow automation buyers are cautious, they're committing to infrastructure that touches every department. The design needed to project stability and reliability while feeling modern enough to suggest technical sophistication.
We used a restrained color palette with strategic accent color for CTAs, generous whitespace to reduce cognitive load, and illustration-style product screenshots that explain complex features at a glance. Every section earns its place through utility, not decoration.
Phase 1: Marketing Site
The marketing site was built component-first. We created a shared library of sections, hero variants, feature grids, testimonial carousels, comparison tables, and CTA blocks, that can be assembled into new pages without design support. Content was migrated from the old CMS with SEO redirects preserving link equity.
Phase 2: Customer Portal
The membership portal uses FramerAuth for authentication, with role-based access controlling which resources each customer tier can access. The portal includes searchable documentation, downloadable assets, video tutorials, and a support ticket submission form that routes directly to ProcessFusion's help desk.
Results
Phase 1 launched on time and under budget. The streamlined site architecture reduced average navigation depth from 4 clicks to 2, and the CRM integration gave sales full pipeline visibility from day one. Phase 2's customer portal reduced support ticket volume by giving customers self-service access to the resources they previously had to request via email.
