Enso Bot website by AGR Studio

The Brief

Enso is an AI-powered chatbot platform helping businesses automate customer interactions. In a market exploding with AI chatbot companies post-ChatGPT, Enso needed to differentiate on two fronts: demonstrating genuine AI capability (not just a ChatGPT wrapper), and building enterprise trust through case studies, compliance documentation, and professional presentation.

The website needed to serve three audiences: technical buyers evaluating AI capabilities, business buyers calculating ROI, and existing customers accessing resources. It also needed a content hub aggregating blog posts, webinar recordings, and case studies into a searchable knowledge base.

Discovery & Strategy

AI Market Positioning

Post-ChatGPT, every chatbot company claims "AI-powered." We needed Enso to demonstrate, not just claim. The content strategy focuses on specificity: named AI models, measurable accuracy rates, real conversation examples, and documented training processes. Vague claims were replaced with precise capabilities.

The information architecture separates use cases by industry (e-commerce, healthcare, financial services) and function (customer support, lead qualification, onboarding), allowing visitors to find relevant proof points quickly regardless of their entry point.

Design Approach

Intelligent but Approachable

The design avoids the "robot/sci-fi" aesthetic that plagues AI companies. Instead, we used clean, modern design with conversational UI elements — chat bubble patterns, message threading visuals, and real conversation screenshots — that make the AI feel helpful rather than intimidating. The color palette is warm and professional, signaling reliability over novelty.

Development & Build

Resource Hub Architecture

The content hub aggregates three CMS collections (blog posts, webinars, case studies) into a unified, filterable resource center. Visitors can filter by content type, industry, and topic. Each resource page includes related content recommendations, driving deeper engagement and longer sessions.

Interactive bot preview components let visitors experience a simulated version of Enso's chatbot directly on the website. These demos use real conversation flows from production deployments (anonymized) to show genuine AI capability rather than scripted responses.

Results & Impact

Growth Impact

The redesigned site became Enso's primary lead generation channel. The resource hub's SEO strategy generated significant organic traffic from AI-related long-tail keywords. Enterprise prospects cited the website's professional presentation and transparent capability documentation as key factors in their decision to evaluate Enso over competitors.

Frequently

asked questions

What does a typical project timeline look like?

Full website builds take 6–8 weeks. Migrations from WordPress, Webflow, or Wix ship in 4–6 weeks. Rush projects can launch in as fast as 2 weeks. Every timeline includes design, development, CMS setup, and launch support.

What’s included in a full website build?

Custom design across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Framer development with CMS collections for your content. Form integrations (HubSpot, Zapier, Cal.com). SEO optimization with meta tags and structured data. Plus 2 weeks of post-launch support included.

Do I own the website after launch?

Yes, 100%. You get full ownership of the Framer project, all custom components, and complete CMS access. No lock-in, no recurring fees. You only pay for a retainer if you want ongoing design and development support.

Can you migrate my site from WordPress, Webflow, or Wix?

Yes. We’ve migrated sites from all major platforms. Content is preserved, SEO redirects are configured to protect your rankings, and the new Framer site launches with significantly better performance and page speed.

What if I need changes after launch?

You can edit content, images, and CMS items yourself — that’s the whole point of building in Framer. For design changes, new pages, or structural updates, we offer monthly retainers. Most clients manage day-to-day content independently within days of launch.

Do you work with startups or larger companies?

Both. We’ve built sites for pre-seed startups and publicly traded companies. The process scales to fit the project — whether it’s a 4-page launch site or a 20-page enterprise platform with multiple CMS collections.

What industries do you specialize in?

SaaS, fintech, AI/ML, B2B platforms, maritime, and creative studios. But Framer expertise transfers across any industry — we’ve worked with food companies, space tech startups, insurance providers, and more.

How do you handle CMS and content management?

We set up Framer CMS collections tailored to your content — blog posts, case studies, team members, products, whatever you need. Your team gets a recorded walkthrough covering publishing workflows and SEO best practices. Most clients are adding content independently within days.
