The Brief
Fluxora provides point-of-sale hardware and payment processing solutions for retail, restaurants, and service businesses. Their existing website was built on an outdated platform and failed to showcase their hardware lineup or communicate the breadth of their payment infrastructure.
The brief was ambitious: redesign everything from scratch, migrate to Framer, and create an interactive experience where merchants could explore POS devices, understand infrastructure capabilities, and find industry-specific solutions — all driving toward quote requests and expert consultations.
Discovery & Strategy
Market Research
We studied how merchants actually evaluate POS systems. The decision isn't just about hardware — it's about trust, reliability, and industry fit. Competitors' sites were either too technical (aimed at developers) or too generic (stock photos of smiling cashiers). Fluxora needed to hit a different note: professional, clear, and product-forward.
Information Architecture
The homepage was structured as a guided journey through 8 distinct sections, each addressing a different stage of the merchant's evaluation process: from initial value proposition (Hero) through social proof (Trust Bar), product exploration (Hardware Spotlight), industry relevance (Solutions Grid), infrastructure depth (Pillars), funding options (Clover Capital), competitive advantages (Benefits), and conversion (Final CTA).
Design Approach
Interactive Product Showcase
The centerpiece of the redesign is the interactive hardware spotlight section. Instead of static product images, merchants can explore each POS device through dynamic content panels that update on interaction — showing features, specifications, and use cases for each device. This transforms passive browsing into active exploration.
Custom SVG System
We developed a custom SVG animation system for the infrastructure section, where three clickable pillars reveal the layers of Fluxora's payment stack. Each pillar animates on interaction, with content panels sliding in to explain payment processing, security, and integration capabilities. The animations are lightweight, GPU-accelerated, and feel native to the platform.
Development & Build
Component Architecture
Every section was built as an independent, self-contained component with its own state management. The hardware spotlight uses a state machine to track which device is active, updating imagery, features, and CTAs in sync. The infrastructure pillars manage their own open/closed states with smooth CSS transitions.
Industry solution cards use a 3-column grid with hover-driven content reveals. Each card connects to a filtered view of relevant case studies and integrations, creating deep content pathways without cluttering the homepage.
Performance
Despite heavy interactivity, the page scores above 90 on Lighthouse. SVG animations use requestAnimationFrame for smooth rendering, images are served in WebP with lazy loading, and the state management is vanilla JS — no framework overhead.

Results & Impact
Impact
The redesigned site transformed Fluxora's digital presence from a dated brochure into an interactive product showcase. Merchant engagement with the hardware spotlight section exceeded expectations, with average time-on-page increasing significantly compared to the old site. Quote request submissions through the new CTAs saw a measurable increase in the first month post-launch.
