The Brief
DealDesk is a procurement consultancy helping enterprises negotiate better deals on software and services. They had invested in a comprehensive Figma design for their new website but needed it built and live — fast. Their internal team lacked Framer expertise, and the 2-week deadline was non-negotiable due to a major industry event.
The challenge was clear: take a detailed, multi-page Figma design and translate it into a fully functional, responsive, SEO-optimized Framer website without cutting corners on quality or interactions. Every hover state, every animation, every responsive breakpoint had to match the original vision.
Discovery & Strategy
Design Audit
Before writing a single line of code, we conducted a thorough audit of the Figma files. This revealed several opportunities: inconsistent spacing that could be systematized, interaction patterns that would benefit from Framer's native capabilities, and responsive considerations the original design hadn't fully addressed.
We presented these findings to DealDesk with recommendations — not to change the design, but to enhance it. Where the Figma showed a static hover state, we proposed smooth transitions. Where mobile layouts were undefined, we designed responsive solutions that maintained the desktop experience's intent.
Design Approach
Faithful Translation
The design was clean and corporate with a warm edge — navy and cream tones, generous whitespace, and confident typography. Our job wasn't to redesign but to faithfully translate while adding the polish that only comes from building in a real environment.
We matched every color value, font size, and spacing decision from the Figma source. But we also enhanced: scroll-triggered reveals for key sections, subtle parallax on hero imagery, and micro-interactions on buttons and cards that make the site feel alive.
Development & Build
Sprint Execution
The 2-week timeline demanded disciplined execution. We broke the build into daily milestones: Day 1-2 for the homepage hero and navigation, Day 3-4 for remaining homepage sections, Day 5-6 for the How We Work page, Day 7-8 for About and Contact, Day 9-10 for responsive testing and SEO, Day 11-12 for revisions, Day 13-14 for final QA and launch.
Daily progress updates kept DealDesk in the loop without slowing down the build. Feedback was batched into two review cycles — one at the halfway point and one before final launch prep.
SEO Foundation
Despite the tight timeline, we implemented comprehensive SEO: semantic HTML structure, optimized meta tags for every page, image alt text, Open Graph tags for social sharing, and a clean sitemap. This gave DealDesk a strong foundation for organic growth from day one.

Results & Impact
Delivered on Time
The site went live on Day 14 — exactly as planned. DealDesk used it at their industry event to great effect, with multiple prospects commenting on the professionalism of their web presence. The site became a key sales tool, not just a digital brochure.
Post-launch, the site required zero bug fixes and zero design adjustments. The faithful Figma translation and thorough QA process meant what launched was exactly what was approved.
