AGR Studio ("AGR", "we", "us" or "our") is a B2B brand and web studio based in Ashdod, Israel. This policy explains how we process personal information when you visit agr.studio, contact us, submit a form or schedule a call. AGR Studio is the controller of that information. Information we collect
Information you provide. This may include your name, work email, telephone number, company, role, project details, preferred meeting time, messages and any files or other information you choose to send through Tally, Cal.com, email, WhatsApp or another contact channel.
Technical and usage information. Depending on your consent choices, this may include page URLs, referrer, approximate location, IP address or an irreversible daily hash derived from it, browser, device, language, clicks, form submissions and visit timestamps.
Business-visitor information. If you consent to marketing technologies, RB2B may identify a visiting company globally and may identify eligible US visitors at person level using network signals, cookies and professional data sources. The resulting data may include company, name, professional role, LinkedIn profile, business contact details and pages viewed.
Why we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries and take steps toward a contract; provide and manage projects; schedule calls; secure and operate the site; understand content performance; improve our services; maintain business records; and, only with consent where required, measure visits and identify potential business customers. Our legal bases may include your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with law and our legitimate interests in operating and developing the studio, provided those interests do not override your rights.
Cookies, analytics and consent
Our Framer cookie banner stores your consent choice and lets you accept, reject or customize optional categories. Necessary storage remains active. Google Analytics is treated as analytics and RB2B as marketing; both default to denied until you choose otherwise. You may reopen Cookie settings at any time and withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Framer Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics operate without cookies or persistent cross-day identifiers. They process limited technical data to produce aggregated statistics. The Hebrew version includes the open-source Sienna accessibility widget. According to its publisher, it runs client-side and does not set cookies, tracking pixels or fingerprints. Service providers and sharing
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers where necessary to run the site and studio, including Framer (hosting, forms and cookieless analytics), Tally (contact forms), Cal.com (scheduling), Google Analytics, Ahrefs Web Analytics, RB2B (business-visitor identification after consent) and Sienna (the Hebrew accessibility aid, delivered from jsDelivr). We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities or another party where required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business reorganization.
International transfers
Providers may process information in Israel, the European Economic Area, the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards. Third-party services are also governed by their own privacy notices.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship and maintain appropriate business records—generally no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact if no engagement begins. Client, transaction and contractual records may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes. Provider-level analytics and consent records follow the relevant settings and retention periods. You may ask us to delete information sooner where the law permits.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information; restrict or object to processing; receive portable data; withdraw consent; and complain to the competent privacy authority. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required.
Security, children and automated decisions
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. The site is intended for business users and not for children under 18. We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.
