Credibility is the first feature

Mind-Alliance Systems was founded by national security strategist David Kamien, who has spent more than 25 years where high-stakes decisions meet AI architecture. Its flagship SaaS platform, MindPeer, structures intelligence workflows, from defining the decision question to building shared situational awareness. In GovTech and national security, nobody looks at features until they trust the people behind them, and the old websites lacked that visual credibility.

Three brands, no shared story

The work lived across three sites: davidkamien.com for David's personal authority, mind-alliance.com for the consulting firm, and mindpeer.ai for the product. Each spoke to different people, from executives and institutional decision-makers to field analysts and operational teams, and none of them connected. MindPeer also had a stakeholder presentation coming up, so it had to go first.

One system, three distinct voices

We started with brand ecosystem strategy: how the three should relate. Each got its own character inside a shared design system. David Kamien's site is editorial and text-led, Mind-Alliance is institutional with an eye on Palantir, and MindPeer has the clarity of a product-led SaaS. The system ties them together with a typography hierarchy, a palette of institutional blue and neutrals, shared components and a diagram language of monochrome editorial linework.

Figma design and Framer development covered all three sites on desktop, tablet and mobile. MindPeer moves from a dark hero into light sections, with bento grids, scroll-driven animations that reveal each capability, and a conversation with its Intellibot AI agent in place of generic screenshots. Mind-Alliance runs its articles, research papers and events on the Framer CMS for long-term SEO, and a shared ecosystem footer gives every site cross-site navigation to the other two.

From three scattered sites to one ecosystem

In six weeks, Mind-Alliance Systems got three connected websites that match the caliber of its work and clientele. MindPeer launched first, in time for the stakeholder presentation, followed by Mind-Alliance and David's personal site. The shared component library and design tokens let all three grow without drifting apart.
