These terms govern access to agr.studio. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. AGR Studio is a B2B brand and web studio based in Ashdod, Israel.
Purpose of the site
The site provides general information about AGR Studio, our services, ideas and selected client work. Site content is not legal, financial or other professional advice and is not an offer capable of acceptance. Any studio engagement is governed only by a separate written proposal or agreement covering scope, timing, fees, responsibilities and intellectual-property ownership.
Acceptable use
You may use the site only lawfully. You must not interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or systematically extract content in a way that harms the site; impersonate another person; or use the site to infringe rights or violate law.
Intellectual property and portfolio work
Unless stated otherwise, the site's original text, design, graphics, branding and code are owned by AGR Studio or licensed to us and are protected by applicable law. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation, but may not reproduce, publish, sell, adapt or commercially reuse its content without written permission. Trademarks and client work remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for portfolio and attribution purposes.
Information you submit
You confirm that information you send is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, sensitive personal data or confidential information unless we have expressly agreed on an appropriate channel. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or confidentiality obligation beyond applicable law.

The site may use or link to Framer, Tally, Cal.com, Google, Ahrefs, RB2B, WhatsApp, social networks and other third-party services. Their availability, content and privacy practices are controlled by their operators. We are not responsible for third-party sites, though our own use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
