No. We take over sites built by anyone. The first weeks include an audit so we know what we’re working with.
Which platforms do you work with?
Any. Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, Next.js, Astro, Framer or custom code. If moving platforms would serve you better we'll say so, but it's never a condition.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
You work directly with the person designing and building your site. There are no account managers or handoffs between departments.
How can we work together?
Hourly for defined tasks, a base monthly retainer with extra hours when you need them, or an unlimited retainer where requests are handled one after another in priority order.
How fast do requests ship?
Most take 1 to 7 business days, depending on their size. Urgent fixes go to the front of the queue.
What’s the commitment?
Retainers start with a three-month term, then continue month to month.

Yes. Your designers can hand us concepts to build, and your engineers stay focused on the product.
Does our site need a plan just to keep running?
No. A hosted site keeps running on its own. The partnership is for ongoing work: new pages and sections, integrations, CMS changes and fixes.
How do we avoid depending on one person?
Your site lives in an account your company owns, custom components come with editable source, and we document publishing, redirects and CMS workflows in a folder you keep.
