The 2026 wave of AI app builders is real: working products in days, MVPs shipped without a developer. What none of them produce is a brand, a story, or a surface that convinces a stranger to enter a credit card. The reviews say it plainly: anyone can build an app now means anyone can start one. Finishing is the part that still takes craft.

What the pass covers

Positioning and copy. The problem, the buyer, why now. Feature lists become narratives.

Brand identity. Wordmark, type, color, and rules that hold across the app and the site.

Product polish. Spacing, hierarchy, empty states, onboarding, in your repository, alongside your code.

The marketing site. Built separately from the app on a platform your team can edit, because the site sells and the app serves.
