Four weeks is enough time to launch a professional B2B website, provided the work is sequenced correctly and decisions are made before pixels. Most website timelines die in the gaps between decisions, not in the production itself. Here is the sequence that holds, the way we run it on client builds.

The precondition: decisions before design

Fast launches are decided in week zero. Before anything is designed you need positioning in one sentence, a page list (five to seven pages beats fifteen), real content or a committed writer, and one decision maker who responds within a day. Committees add a week per member. If brand foundations do not exist yet, settle the minimum first, we covered exactly what that minimum is in brand identity before the website.

Week 1: structure and the homepage

Sitemap, wireframe level structure, and the homepage designed to near final. The homepage sets the design system: type scale, color, components, spacing. Approve it properly once and every other page inherits the decisions, which is what makes the following weeks fast.

Week 2: every other page, plus the CMS

Interior pages assemble from the system the homepage established. In parallel, everything recurring becomes a CMS collection: case studies, posts, testimonials. This is also the week integrations get wired: forms, analytics, CRM. Platform matters enormously here, and it is why this timeline is realistic on Framer and fantasy on a custom build, the comparison is in our platform guide.

Week 3: responsive, motion, and SEO wiring

Tablet and phone as designed decisions, interactions added with restraint, and the invisible layer done properly: metadata on every page, heading structure, redirects from any old site, sitemap, structured data. Skipping this week's second half is how sites launch pretty and invisible.

Week 4: content load, QA, launch

Real content into the CMS, QA against real content lengths at every breakpoint, forms tested to the CRM, speed verified, then launch with redirects live from minute one. Done this way, a focused site ships even faster, DealDesk went from finished Figma file to live in two weeks, and the full technical sequence for that path is in our Figma to Framer conversion guide.

What makes timelines slip

  • Designing while deciding: positioning changes mid build multiply everything.

  • Content arriving last: pages built on lorem ipsum get rebuilt on real words.

  • Committee approval: one owner with a daily response window keeps weeks at weeks.

  • Scope creep dressed as feedback: new ideas go to the post launch backlog.

When fast is the wrong goal

A rebrand mid flight, a positioning pivot still unresolved, or a 40 page multi language build all deserve honest longer timelines. Four weeks done twice is slower than six weeks done once.

Common questions

What is the fastest way to launch a professional startup website?

A finished design plus a senior Framer build: two to four weeks. A template can go live in days, at the cost of looking like one.

Can we launch with five pages?

Five strong pages beat fifteen thin ones, launch small, then let the CMS grow the site weekly.

What does a 4 week build need from us?

Decisions, content, and one responsive owner. We handle the rest, tell us your launch date and we will tell you if it is realistic.
