The Brief

Artis Trade is a trading platform serving both retail and institutional clients. In a market where trust is everything, their website needed to project financial authority and technical capability while making the onboarding process feel frictionless. The previous site was dated and failed to differentiate Artis from dozens of similar-looking competitors.

The redesign focused on three priorities: establish instant credibility through design quality, clearly communicate platform features and competitive advantages, and create a seamless journey from visitor to active trader with minimal friction.

Competitive Differentiation

We analyzed 20 trading platform websites and found a sea of sameness: dark themes, green-and-red chart imagery, and aggressive "start trading now" CTAs. Artis needed to feel different — more refined, more trustworthy, more considered. We positioned the visual language closer to private banking than retail brokerage.

The content strategy elevated Artis from "another trading app" to "a serious platform for serious traders" — emphasizing execution quality, regulatory compliance, and institutional-grade infrastructure over gamified features.

The design uses precise spacing, tight alignment, and a restrained color palette — qualities that mirror the discipline required in trading itself. Data visualization elements use custom chart components that feel native to the platform rather than decorative. Feature comparisons use structured tables with clear hierarchies, respecting the analytical mindset of the target audience.

Conversion Architecture

The account creation flow is optimized for financial services compliance — KYC requirements are integrated into a progressive form that feels conversational rather than bureaucratic. Each step shows clear progress and explains why information is needed, reducing abandonment at the compliance stage where most competitors lose prospects.

Platform feature pages use expandable technical specifications, API documentation previews, and embedded product demos that let prospects evaluate the platform depth without creating an account.
