AGR Studio is Marcura's embedded website team since 2024: design, build, CMS, technical SEO and ongoing features for a maritime B2B brand group on Framer.
Marcura is a global maritime technology group, processing billions of dollars in port disbursements each year across a family of products: DA-Desk, MarTrust, ShipServ, PortsDirect, and the Marcura Claims, Intelligence, and Compliance suite.
What began in 2024 as a single rebrand website has grown into a multi-year partnership. Today AGR Studio operates as Marcura's embedded website team: we design, build, and maintain marcura.com end to end, from new product launches and CMS architecture to brand and marketing design, technical SEO, analytics, and conversion work, all on Framer with custom code wherever the native tools stop.
Maritime Industry Context
Maritime B2B is a relationship-driven industry where trust is paramount. Port agents, shipping lines, and vessel operators evaluate partners over months, not minutes. The website needed to serve both initial discovery (
Authoritative Without Boring
Maritime companies default to corporate blue and stock photos of container ships. We pushed Marcura toward a more distinctive visual identity: deeper color palette, custom iconography reflecting port and vessel operations, and real photography from their operations wherever possible.
The AI landing page breaks from the main site's grid with full-width scrolling sections, animated data flows, and a darker palette that signals innovation. It's clearly part of the Marcura ecosystem but has its own visual energy.
CMS architecture
Case studies were the most complex part of the build. Each one connects to multiple taxonomies, industry segment, vessel type, port region, and service used, so visitors can filter to exactly what is relevant. The CMS supports rich content blocks, pull quotes, statistics, and inline imagery, giving Marcura's marketing team everything they need to publish customer stories without developer involvement.
HubSpot depth
The HubSpot integration goes well beyond form submission: progressive profiling that remembers returning visitors, smart CTAs that adapt to visitor segments, and event tracking for scroll depth, video plays, and downloads, all feeding HubSpot analytics so the team sees how prospects engage before sales ever gets involved.
An evolving build
The site is never finished. As Marcura's embedded web team we ship continuously: new product and brand pages across DA-Desk, MarTrust, ShipServ, PortsDirect and the Claims, Intelligence and Compliance suite; reusable Framer components and custom code; campaign and marketing pages; and analytics instrumentation across GA4, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity so every change is measured.
From launch to growth engine
The rebrand site launched on time and gave Marcura's marketing team a CMS they could run themselves, publishing new content and pages without waiting on developers. The AI landing page we designed remains the standout performer on the site.
An ongoing mandate
With the platform live, the partnership shifted from build to growth. AGR owns Marcura's web performance work: analytics and behaviour audits, technical SEO, search and conversion tracking, and continuous optimization of the highest-intent pages, so the site keeps compounding as the business scales.
