AGR Studio designed and built IRG Media's Framer website in three weeks: a CMS the team runs, honest case studies and every page checked on five screens.
IRG runs influencer marketing for travel, hospitality and lifestyle brands, from finding the right creators to running campaigns and measuring what they return.
The brief was a website that explains the model clearly to brand and marketing teams, makes it easy to start a conversation, and that IRG's own team can keep up to date without a developer. The timeline was three weeks, from strategy to handoff.
The decisions behind the design
A homepage concept is the easy part now. Most of the work on IRG was in the decisions around it.
Case studies live in the CMS, so the team can add a new one without calling us, and each entry has a publish switch, so nothing half-finished goes live. Until real campaign results are approved, the work page shows clearly labelled examples. No made-up clients and no made-up numbers. And there is no blog yet: it gets added when there are three articles ready and someone who owns it.
Signal red to signal blue
The visual system runs on a red-to-blue gradient, a near-black ink and clean white space, with BDO Grotesk for headlines and General Sans for body copy. Photography leads with people and places, because travel and hospitality brands buy on feeling as much as on numbers.
Creator cards, a clear how-it-works section and a direct call to work together turn the site from a brochure into a sales tool for the team.
Built in Framer, made to be run
The site is built in Framer with reusable components and a CMS for case studies, so new work goes live through a form, not a redesign. Every page was checked on five screen sizes, from a wide desktop down to a phone, and set up with clean metadata for search.
Every decision is written down, so whoever works on the site next knows why it is built the way it is.
IRG launched at irgmedia.org with a site that explains the model clearly and that the team runs themselves. New case studies go in through the CMS and nothing goes live until it's approved.
Design is part of it. The rest is making sure the site can grow, the team can run it, and everything on it is true.
